East Lifestyle provides various online services ("Services") through this website, one of which gives users the ability to purchase original furniture("Products"). When a user places an order, eastlifestyle.in agrees to ship the relevant Products to the user, and is entitled to payment for Services rendered and products delivered.

These Terms are subject to change without notice. It is urged that you regularly check for changes made to the same from time to time. By using this website you hereby consent that you have read and fully understand the Terms and conditions listed here and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these conditions carefully.

You agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the East Lifestyle website without obtaining authorization from east lifestyle. 

As a user of the EEast Lifestyle website and Products, you may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send Gift Vouchers and other communications; submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, an invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, or otherwise harmful material. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. 

East Lifestyle has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.

ACCOUNT

You hereby agree to be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password on East Lifestyle Per these Terms, you are responsible for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You have the right to purchase products through eastlifestyle.in with a credit/debit card or other permitted payment methods. However at all times, eastlifestyle.in reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Setting up an account implies consent for the subscription of our newsletter. You are automatically subscribed to our newsletter upon the creation of an account.

INDEMNITY

You hereby agree to indemnify and save East Lifestyle, our affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless, from any losses, claims, or liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from your use of eastlifestyle.in. You further agree to indemnify and save East Lifestyle, our affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless, from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party Rights claimants or other third parties, relating to information about such third parties and/or any of their goods and/ or services. You agree that Eastlifestyle.in is not responsible and shall have no liability to you, for any material posted by others, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material, and that the risk of damages from such material rests entirely with you. East Lifestyle reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate with Eastlifestyle.in in asserting any available defences.

While at East Lifestyle we make every attempt to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, East Lifestyle makes no claims regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data, information, Product or Service. In no event shall East Lifestyle be liable for any direct or indirect damages, or any other damages not hereby specified, resulting from your use or your inability to use the Services; from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or from any other matter relating to the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of use, data or profits, from the use or performance of eastlifestyle.in website or associated Services.

Eastlifestyle.in will not be liable for the delay or inability to use the eastlifestyle.in website or related Services, the failure to provide Services, or issues otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. As per these Terms you consent and agree that any material obtained through the East Lifestyle website is done entirely at your own risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Product Specifications might change over time and as per requirements. Please note most products are handmade and hence variations in size, finish, color, etc may occur. The measurements of all products made by us will be as accurate as possible, but are nevertheless approximate.

Leather products are made from quality natural leather and accordingly they may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected but they will show natural marks and scars on the hide. Some leathers will mellow with age and with exposure to sunlight and heat. 

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for fading or discoloration, due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight or due to exposure or contact with any chemicals sprayed nearby or applied directly.

Polish finishes and grains of wood  will vary from product to product as wood is a natural product and will have its natural timber variations.

All furniture/products onEast Lifestyle are described in great detail on their respective product pages, and it is our goal to be as accurate as possible. However, mistakes may happen. East Lifestyle therefore does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on East Lifestyle are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 

We further understand your concern for quality and craftsmanship and for this purpose we have showcased some of our products at our Studio. You are most welcome to visit and experience the various products that you may be interested in purchasing.

DELAY IN MANUFACTURING

If for any reason an order is delayed, or is unable to be placed for manufacturing (for example due to problems in manufacturing, quality control, or otherwise), we commit that we will do our best to notify you immediately. 

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When you place an order with us, the order confirmation is contingent on receiving the full payment. Once we have sent you an email confirming receipt of the payment your order represents an agreement with us to produce a Product for you. Any Products, even on the same order, that we have not confirmed in an email, do not form part of that contract.

At no point will East Lifestyle be held liable for any losses to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property, or wasted expenditure.

Before you place an order with us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your ability to receive the said Products. This includes, but is not limited to, making sure that the Products you ordered from us can be easily transported through the front door of your house, apartment or room, stairways, doors; that they can easily enter into your preferred room or location; and that they can easily fit inside that location. While East Lifestyle delivery representatives will do their best to aid you in positioning these products into your preferred location, any other issues that could make the delivery more complicated or difficult to process will be handled at your expense and will not at any time be the responsibility of East Lifestyle

Further, correct and reachable telephone number, delivery address and email address are all required in order to ensure a successful delivery of your item. During the checkout process, all information asked on the checkout page must be filled in accurately. 

PRICING

All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are payable in Indian Rupees (Rs).  The delivery charges will be added upon checkout before making payment and appear after you have entered your delivery details. 

East Lifestyle also reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, however, such changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a confirmation by email.

With respect to items sold by East Lifestyle, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by East Lifestyle is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

PAYMENTS

You may make the payment for your order in 4 ways :

1. Bank Transfer : You can make a physical or online transfer into our bank account.

1. Credit /debit card through our payment gateway provider on our website.

1. UPI payment through Gpay or phone Pay

1. Razor Pay payment Link : We will share the payment link once the order is confirmed and placed with us.  

After you have provided all the necessary information required for payment and clicked on the “Confirm order” button, your order will be confirmed contingent to receipt of payment. After receipt of the full payment of the order, you will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of payment and that your order has been processed.

We may choose to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusal or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

DELIVERIES

East Lifestyle delivers PAN INDIA and Worldwide .All delivery charges are mentioned on the website depending on your delivery location.

Please contact us on our customer support helpline number: +91-80-4052-4200 or drop an email to contact@eastlifestyle.in to confirm whether we can arrange for delivery to your desired city and for getting a delivery estimate. Special delivery prices are applicable depending on delivery location and order size. 

The delivery timeframes communicated by East Lifestyle are estimates, and depend on a variety of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping delays, government delays and various forces of nature. While it is our goal to exceed your delivery expectations, in no event will East Lifestyle be liable for deliveries going beyond the estimated timeframe.

Delivery lead times may vary depending on the products that you have ordered. Our on-demand production model may range from 4 to 16 weeks on average, depending further on the quantity of orders and on the availability of transport facilities at the time. This is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer or, as is our goal, delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. 

The delivery charges will be added upon checkout before making payment and after you enter your delivery details. 

Once the Product is ready to be delivered, you are required to take delivery on the date and place agreed between us. If for any reason whatsoever you are unable to accept delivery, other than on account of our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery fee prior to making the re-delivery. This payment will be due before re-delivery.

We reserve the right to make delivery of the Products by installments. We will inform you before dispatching your shipment. Extra delivery charges may be applicable in some cases.

FORCE MAJEURE

East Lifestyle shall in no event be held responsible for delay and/or non-provision of Services or Products or unavailability of the Website for any reason whatsoever,including but not limited to events beyond the reasonable control such as Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, government actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.

APPLICABLE LAW

Per these terms, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of and your purchase of Products and/or Services through Eastlifestyle.in. Any infraction of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant Indian laws without regard to any conflict of law provisions of your domicile residence or physical location. At our discretion, we may report any infractions or violations relating to the agreement to appropriate authorities. You and East Lifestyle each agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India and/or relevant worldwide locations as deemed appropriate by East Lifestyle.
